Andreja Leski has won a gold medal at the Judo Grand Prix held at Agadir, Morocco, beating Austria’s Katharina Haecker in the -63 Kg class, with this being the Slovene’s second grand slam gold after winning in Dusseldorf last month.

Judo is Slovenia’s most successful event at the Summer Olympics, with the country having won five medals, and two golds, in previous competitions, and female athletes being especially strong in this discipline.
