The 18 year old Slovenian basketball player Luka Dončić doesn't cease to amaze.
In a game against Barcelona, Real Madrid's shooting guard made crowds jump to their feet at least twice last night in a performance not only strong in skill, but also in style, and perhaps, some luck.
In the last second of the third quarter, Dončić threw the ball from under the opponent's basket to the other side of the court and scored, as you can see in the video below.
Three minutes before the end of the match Dončić crossed the great Victor Claver, leaving him completely off ballance with his hands on the floor, then, free of defence Dončić passed the ball to Felipe Reyes, who scored for the team. Real Madrid won the game with the final score 87:75.
Speculations are already out there as to whether Luka Dončić, who will at the age of 19 become eligible for the NBA draft at the end of February 2018, will be the overall first pick.
Only two international players without competitive experience in the United States have been drafted first overall picks thus far, China's Yao Ming in 2002 and Italy's Andrea Bargnani (2006).
