China-US-Russia ties
"Era of strong leaders and weak democracy": China and Russia have entered a new era with strong leaders. Standing against them is a wounded lion. Xi Jinping's good relationship with Vladimir Putin will force Donald Trump into redefining relations with increasingly competitive superpowers. (front page, page 7)

Balkan Warrior retrial
"Major victory for prosecution this time": Dragan Tošić and co-defendants in the Balkan Warrior trial have been convicted in a retrial, although most of them are not going to prison just yet. (front page, page 9)

World Poetry Day
"Coffee on a poetic spring day": Many bars across the country will offer free coffee in exchange for a verse on World Poetry Day. (front page)

"Unofficial: Triglav Skladi about to acquire Alta funds": The sale of Alta, the country's largest stock brokerage group, is unofficially about to close. If the owners agree, it will be sold in two pieces - fund manager Alta Skladi separately from the asset manager and analytics division Alta Invest. The transaction is valued at almost EUR 30m. Maribor hospital
