Tomorrow, June 21, is the longest day of the year, and if you happen to find yourself in Ljubljana, Maribor, Murska Sobota, or Piran (and nearby) then you can get into the midsummer mood with a celebration of music.
The occasion is World Music Day (Praznik glasbe), and it will be marked with performances of all kinds – classical, jazz, folk, blues, pop, rock, electronic, choral, acapella, reggae, noise and DJ sets, in various squares, streets, parks and venues, all free.
