In theory the sexes had full equality within the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (1945–1992), at least in terms of education, employment, pay and before the law, and this week’s trip to the archive has come back with selection of images of women at work. As ever, this post was made possible due to the efforts of the original photographers, named if known, as well as those who scanned the photos and uploaded them to Wikipedia.
